The Early registration deadline is October 7, 2009. Your conference registration must be made before October 7, 2009 23:59 Taiwan (GMT+08:00) in order to qualify for the bird registration rate.

The deadline for pre-registration is November 09, 2009 23:59 Taiwan (GMT+08:00). All registration and payment received after this date will be considered as On-site Registration and processed on-site.

Registration Fee
�ERegistration fees must be paid in New Taiwan Dollars.
�EAll participants are reminded that bank charges (if any) are to be paid by
    registrants, which is over and above the final registration a fee.
�ETo qualify for special rates for Students and IEEE Members, a proof of applicant

�ERegistration fees paid by credit card will be converted into New Taiwan Dollars,

For environmental protection purpose, the A-SSCC 2009 Technical Program Proceedings will ONLYbe available in CD-ROM this year, and for those who wish to obtain a copy of Paperback Technical Program Proceedings, please make an advance purchase.

Registration Method
Participants are strongly requested to register for the conference and social programs individually via On-line Conference System at the conference website https://elitepco.varynice.com/asscc2009/ . Those who have difficulty in processing via the internet may fax or mail the registration form along with the payment to the Conference Secretariat no later than November 09, 2009.

Confirmation Of Registration
Confirmation of registration will be issued upon the receipt of your completed registration form to acknowledge your submission. However, registration without the relevant supporting document and full payment of registration fee in the designated deadline will be altered as On-site registration by the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation And Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the A-SSCC 2009 Secretariat. The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
Before Sep. 30, 2009: 25% refund of prepaid fees
After Sep. 30, 2009: no refund is applicable
All refund will be processed after the conference has concluded.

VISA
Visa is in general required for foreign-passport holders upon entry to Taiwan. Please make sure you visit the visa information page for detail information.
 
Holders of Mainland China passport should contact the registration office before September 15th, 2009 to receive necessary document for your visa application. If you have request the secretariat to process your visa application, please make sure to pay additional NT$1,000 when register for the conference.
