Important Notice
The corresponding author, or at least one co-author, of a paper that has been accepted for presentation, must complete regular registration, regardless of whether the speaker of the paper is a student or a senior retired person. Please note that one regular registration must be completed for each paper.

CONFIRMATION
Upon receiving the registration form and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring this confirmation with you and present it at the Registration Desk at the Conference Site.

CANCELLATION
A written notification of cancellation must be sent to the registration office.
The following cancellation fee and bank handling charge will be deducted before refunding. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
When written notice of cancellation received:
Until October 15, 2008: 50% of the amount of payment
From October 16, 2008: 100% of the amount of payment (No refund)
