<Payment>
The payment method is only limited to the Credit card. We will charge Technical Tour fee by the same Credit Card that you informed for registration. If you selected bank transfer for registration, please fill in Card form which were send by registration office beforehand and send it back to the registration office by October 26.
<Cancellation>
A written notification of cancellation must be sent to the registration office.
The following cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
When written notice of cancellation received:
Until October 19, 2008: 100% of the amount of payment
From October 20, 2008: 50% of the amount of payment
