Oral Presentation Information
�EThe duration of a Regular Paper presentation slot is 25 minutes. You will have
    20 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for questions from the
    audience.
�EThe duration of a Short Paper presentation slot is 12 mintues. You will have 10
    minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for questions from the audience.
�EElectronic projection will be used for all presentations except for student design
    contest which is poster presentation. The presentation will be given using PC��s
    provided in the session room. Please bring your presentation file to the conference
    using a USB memory.
�ETo avoid schedule delay, PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR OWN COMPUTER for the 
    presentation.
�E You can use either PowerPoint 2003 file or PDF file.

General Considerations
�ESpeakers should arrive in their session room 15 minutes before the start of their
    presentation to report to the chair person. A proctor will also be available in case
    you need technical assistance.
�ETo improve the quality of the conference, we will have on-site rehearsal on
    November 15, 2009. Your attendance to the rehearsal is mandatory.
�EBring your presentation file to the conference using a USB memory.
